We are host to a diversity of natural, historic, and cultural resources. The County’s Parks and Recreation Department provides people of all ages the opportunity to learn about and enjoy our community. The Dauphin County Park system includes eight areas: the Community Gardens, Detweiler Park, Fort Hunter Park, Fort Hunter Conservancy, Henninger Farm Covered Bridge, Lykens Glen Park, Wiconisco Creek Park, and Wildwood Park.
